Solution providers will get technology tools and training to develop customized offerings
Fujitsu Computer Products of America (FCPA) is rolling out a program designed to give solution providers the hardware and software tools they need to build customized document scanning solutions for their customers.
The Lowdown: The company’s NX Technology Partner Program, announced Thursday, consists of a Fujitsu fi-7300NX thin-client document scanner and PaperStream NX Manager management server software. Together the products will give partners what they need to develop customized solutions that will help them grow their customer base and generate profits.
The Details: Fujitsu’s new partner-focused program comes with a number of features and benefits:
Training and certification: Partners will develop skills on the fi-7300NX and PaperStream NX Manager products, giving them the ability to build and demonstrate NX scanning solutions.
NX Starter Kit: It not only includes the fi-7300NX scanner and server software, but also an Easy NX Connect toolkit license, NFC tags, SDKs, and manuals.
Access to additional programs: Partners involved in the NX Technology Partner Program can enroll in Fujitsu’s sales programs, get access to customer registration discounts, and participate in trade-in programs. They also will receive priority technical support from the company.
Incremental revenue generation: Partners not only will see upfront revenue through deployment consulting services, but also will see continuous and long-term revenue through participation in Scanner Subscription Services by Fujitsu. In addition, the connector toolkit will result in selling more licenses of cloud destinations like Microsoft’s Office 365 and OneDrive for Business platforms, Box, and Amazon S3.
The Impact: Partners in the program will pay a $600 annual membership fee, which includes the starter kit, training, and access to the various programs.
The Buzz: “By implementing a membership program that packs technical and sales benefits into one, FCPA is fully dedicated to empower our partners to expand their service and product offerings,” said Yasunari Shimizu, president and CEO of FCPA. “The NX Technology Partner Program gives them everything they need to build scanning solutions and bring their customers into the digital transformation age.”
