Will find and qualify leads before bringing them to partners
Axcient, which sells business availability and cloud migration solutions for managed service providers, this week announced a lead-generation program aimed at helping MSPs find new business opportunities.
The Lowdown: The company is making the lead-generation program free to all of its MSP partners, who Axcient said face challenges in finding new clients.
The Details: Through its digital marketing initiative, Axcient generates business leads in both North America and the United Kingdom. The company first collects and qualifies the leads and then brings them to its partners. MSPs can access the leads through the company’s Axcient Marketing Portal, which was launched in August. The marketing portal is integrated into the Axcient Business Availability Portal.
Background: The lead-generation program is part of a larger push by Axcient to make it easier for MSPs to do business. The Axcient Marketing Portal is designed to give MSPs the tools to more easily build marketing programs and scale their efforts. MSPs are good at managing their clients’ environments, but they often don’t have time or resources to build out comprehensive marketing programs, according to Axcient. Also in August, Axcient announced unlimited storage for its backup and disaster recovery solutions along with new appliances that include hot-swap drives as part of an effort to drive down the total cost of ownership for MSPs.
