Cites fast-growing demand for workforce management tools
Kronos is expanding its list of systems integrator (SI) and tech consultant partners to keep up with what the Lowell, Massachusetts-based company says is fast-growing demand for its Workforce Dimensions suite of workforce management tools.
The Lowdown: At its KronosWork show in Las Vegas this week, the company announced that it’s taking on two-dozen new partners around the world.
The Details: The SI and consultancy partners include such names as Atos, Healthcare IT Leaders, Hybridge Solutions, Veritas Prime, and Workforce Insight in North America; Abeam Consulting and Axsium Group in Asia-Pacific; Birchman Middle East, EPI-USE, and GP Strategies in EMEA; and Ataway, Radiol, and Tandem in Latin America.
Kronos officials said demand for cloud-native and mobile solutions that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) is driving adoption of Workforce Dimensions, which is powered by the company’s D5 platform.
The Impact: The news of the expanding partner list comes amid a number of announcements from the Kronos show, including an enhanced InTouch DX intelligent time clock with greater personalization and intelligence features, Advanced People Analytics that brings machine learning to real-time data in the employee lifecycle for its human capital management (HCM) suite of tools, and a raft of new features and integrations for Workforce Dimensions in such verticals as health care, manufacturing, and public safety. Kronos also said it now has more than 100 technology partners for Workforce Dimensions.
