Channel Program
Also known as Partner Program. A vendor initiative that codifies/formalizes the vendor’s relationship with partners, encouraging partners to sell, deploy, and recommend the vendor’s products and/or services. Many partner programs involve tiers, or categories of membership, with different partner requirements and benefits at each level/tier. (See partner program tiers.) Oftentimes, a partner must register to join a partner program.
