Renowned for his expertise in resolving challenges faced by vendors, distributors, and solution providers, Walsh offers invaluable advice on channel strategies and market trends. He founded Channelnomics in 2010 to deliver clarity, intelligence, and strategic guidance to the technology industry.

Walsh specializes in developing and executing channel programs, disruptive sales models, and growth strategies for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. He oversees Channelnomics’ consulting and strategy services, providing channel assessments, program development, executive coaching, and communications support. He is also deeply involved in research and intelligence programs, delivering data-driven insights for improved go-to-market decisions.

Technology vendors, solution providers, and associations seek Walsh’s expertise on issues such as cloud computing, security, managed services, digital sales, and IoT. He is praised for integrating technology and channels into cohesive go-to-market strategies.

Bryn Nettesheim

As vice president of professional services at Channelnomics, Bryn Nettesheim heads up the consulting practice, providing strategic direction on client projects and creating processes to ensure operational efficiency and a positive client experience. Recognized for her creative flair, Bryn comes to Channelnomics with extensive expertise in marketing, project management, consulting, and channel programs.

Prior to joining Channelnomics, Bryn worked at RingCentral, where she focused on global channel program development, marketing, strategy, and recruitment. There, she helped build an industry-recognized channel program that earned accolades for its high-caliber engagement and enablement of partners, master agents/distributors, and channel account managers. Notably, Bryn created a unique identity for the program that drove sales by capturing partner mind and market share, earning her team the Channelnomics Best Marketing Initiative award in 2017.

Before joining RingCentral, Bryn worked in higher education, where she conceived of and crafted nationwide recruitment programs, inclusive of awareness, marketing, and holistic structure. An early adopter of Internet-based education, she developed an online dual-enrollment program for students to complete high school and collegiate-level courses concurrently. She also acted as a brand strategist and marketing consultant, both in education and in consumer-packaged goods.

Nettesheim holds an MBA in marketing/management from Concordia University Wisconsin and has a bachelor’s degree in English, with a Global Cultures certificate. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Amy Henderson

As Vice President of Client Relations, Amy Henderson and her team develop relationships by acting as Channelnomics brand ambassadors to industry groups, clients, and partners. Known for her successful track record of growing, re-engineering, and boosting champion partner programs, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and energy to Channelnomics.

Amy’s career in the channel spans over two decades, leading various channel alliance and reseller teams. Before joining Channelnomics, Amy worked at Impartner, where she played a key role in evaluating organizations with existing or new Indirect Channel programs. Her expertise in enhancing partner engagement and boosting indirect revenue has been instrumental in her success. She has a proven track record of advising vendors on building and improving their channel and marketing automation platforms, helping them overcome strategic and operational challenges and achieve their go-to-market goals.

Amy’s dedication and achievements in the field have been recognized as she is a 2023 CRN Women of the Channel Honoree. Her passion for the channel matches her love for her alma mater, the University of Alabama, where she graduated in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations.

Chris Gonsalves

Chris Gonsalves is an award-winning journalist, researcher, author and public speaker focused on the intersection of secure, resilient informational technology and effective business strategy. Chris has spent two decades researching and analyzing enterprise IT systems and the channel ecosystem that deliver them.

As Chief Research Officer at Channelnomics, Chris helps clients cut through the fog of channel hype, spin, alchemy and urban legend with a data-backed approach to identifying market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies and optimizing partner performance.

Prior to joining Channelnomics, Chris served as Research Director at the Institute for Applied Network Security, where he delivered research-based content, analysis and consultation to improve the security posture at Fortune 500 enterprises.

A seasoned technology journalist and a veteran Army technologist, Chris previously served as editor-in-chief of Channelnomics and executive editor of TechTarget’s CIO and IT Strategy group. He’s also the former editor-in-chief of Baseline Magazine and executive editor of eWEEK, Channel Insider and VARBusiness.

His mainstream media experience includes reporting and editing stints at The Providence Journal and Dow Jones.
