In its 2nd annual 2112 State of the U.S. Cloud Channel report, The 2112 Group shares new insights into the cloud market, providing both vendors and their channel partners with data about cloud adoption levels, revenue performance, and the strategic practices that businesses must embrace to fully leverage the power of cloud computing.
In the past two years, 2112, in collaboration with Ingram Micro Cloud and Microsoft, has collected information from 500-plus U.S.-based solution providers with developing or established cloud businesses. The data shows that channel partners continue to make strides in the cloud; 97 percent offer at least one type of cloud solution, and average cloud-deal margins are approaching 20 percent. At the same time, solution providers are sharpening their business acumen around the cloud by paying closer attention to strategic goal-setting and reinvestment of resources.
