Responding to requests from the vendor channel management community, Channelnomics conducted a survey to measure the effectiveness of back-end incentives as a means of motivating partners and driving sales growth. Our survey of channel professionals — from program managers to channel chiefs — provides a curbside view of back-end incentive practices and return on investment. This report provides channel practitioners with a baseline for understanding the utility and effectiveness of back-end incentives as part of a broader partner behavior incentive package.
