Cindy Herndon is a prominent channel executive who’s passionate about innovations in channel strategies and organizational transformations occurring in the IT industry. She’s known for her leadership in reimagining partner programs, channel investments, and go-to-market initiatives as the needs of IT customers change at a faster pace than ever imagined.
Herndon oversees Channelnomics’ strategy consulting and client services, working with clients to develop next-generation channel strategies, performance analytics, and partner relationships. She plays a leading role in developing new products and services to expand Channelnomics’ capabilities in go-to-market contextual intelligence services.
Herndon’s experience spans IT vendors, distributors, and VARs, and she’s held leadership positions in channels, sales operations, marketing, and sales. Before joining Channelnomics, Herndon served as vice president of global channel strategy, programs, and operations at Riverbed Technology, where she led the effort to roll out an innovative partner program designed to reward all types of partners and business models, and to address various customer technology consumption preferences. That initiative uniquely adapted to multiple business paradigms, channel priorities, and customer success models.
An active industry advocate, Herndon is a member of several community and professional development groups, including CompTIA’s Channel Development Advisory Council; the Channel Focus Women’s Leadership Council, where she’s an advisory board member; and the Channel Focus Club 50, a group of senior channel executives.
