In a blog post outlining Dell’s 2022 partner plan, global channel chief Rola Dagher detailed changes to Dell’s program designed to help partners “focus on positioning the best solution for their customer, while earning consistent, lucrative incentives, regardless of route to market.” Vendors like Dell are seeking to lower the amount of programmatic friction that inhibits their channel revenue growth and increases partner dissatisfaction.
