Kevin Rhone Director of Strategy & Consulting

Kevin is a Senior Strategic Consultant providing guidance to Channelnomics clients around maximizing growth through effective Partnering Strategies, Program Development and creating new Routes-to-Market serving changing consumption models.

Kevin brings more than 25 years of operational management experience in executing core business strategies that are channel-led. He has worked with growth technology businesses of all sizes and types: device level, enterprise systems and software, and cloud-based ‘as-a Service’ models. He has a deep knowledge of what makes partners successful: partnering economics, integrated channel route-to-market strategies, partner relationships, business development, and field operations on a global level.

His resume includes extensive international business experience in the following roles:

Kevin has spent several years delivering research-based insights for senior executives of the world’s largest technology firms such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell Technologies, VMware, HP, and Citrix, in addition to supporting younger, emerging companies as they establish themselves in the market by providing guidance on effective go-to-market strategy, engagement and execution via partners.

He has also helped independent software vendors (ISVs) develop and expand their global programs, alliances, and channels, and his earlier experience includes over 10 years in application software, leading International Operations for Kronos, Inc., and as President and CEO of SmartTime Inc. Prior to that he was co-founder of a successful, investor backed startup in the fiber optic space.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Bucknell University, and an MBA in Finance and Operations from Northeastern University and lives in Massachusetts.
